Wanderlust 108

Ready for a triathlon of a different sort? Wanderlust 108 presents the Mindful Triathlon, a full day of challenging fun for the mind, body and spirit. The first event is the “5K your way” run/walk. Part 2 is yoga for everyone, from absolute beginners to the avid yogi. Finally, the triathlon concludes with 30 minutes of guided mediation. But the day’s not over quite yet. Plan to spend the remaining time eating, shopping and trying out any of a number of special activities. Past events have included AIReal Yoga™, acroyoga, hooping and walking meditation (sign-up in advance).
