Riverfront Fitness leg exercises

Bust a move in Boot Camp with Lacey and Katie from Fit KC! This total body workout will include different stations and exercises fro upper body, lower body, core and cardio bursts. Enjoy a fun, high energy class perfect for all ages and fitness levels.

If you are planning to attend, be sure to register in advance on the Eventbrite link and complete the waiver. You will NOT be able to participate without a completed electronic waiver.

Riverfront Fitness provides fun, weekly fitness classes all summer long as the sun sets over Berkley Riverfront Park. Join us most Wednesdays from May to September at 6 pm for a rotating schedule of classes with some of Kansas City’s top fitness instructors.
