The Berkley Riverfront Development Site is an ideal location that is along the Missouri River, and close to downtown Kansas City and the City Market. The master plan for the 45-acre riverfront development site calls for the creation of a world-class urban village of offices, residential and retail space, and cultural amenities – all designed to improve the quality of life within the urban core.

Soon, you’ll be able to grab some food and a cocktail on the Berkley Riverfront with your best friend (your dog). Plans are in the works for a unique dog park on the Missouri Riverfront near the Heart of America Bridge. The proposal includes a two acre dog park with designated areas for large and small dogs. Trained staff members will watch the pups while owners enjoy the restaurant. To complement the riverfront atmosphere, the building will feature materials from repurposed shipping materials and a rooftop terrace.
